Submit a case
For submitting an issue, please follow these steps:

Go to the Support Case page and click 'Create Case'.

Sign in to your Field Nation account if prompted.

Fill out a support case with the required details. Be sure to include the following information if requesting access to the Webhook:
SUPPORT INFORMATION NOTES Problem Type How to/Technical assistance Environment URL Specify if you're requesting Sandbox or Production access. Company Information Provide your company name and ID. -
Submit the case.
After the case is submitted, a Field Nation representative will reach out to you to assist with your request.
