Webhook Events

Webhooks can be configured for the following events and status changes. Each event and statuses is associated with a particular action in the lifecycle of a work order.

Events

Work Order created:
Triggered when a work order is created.

Work Order routed:
Triggered when a work order is routed to a provider.

Work Order task completed:
Triggered when a task on a work order is completed.

Work Order task incomplete:
Triggered when a task on a work order is marked as incomplete.

Work Order provider upload:
Triggered when a provider uploads a document to a work order.

Work Order message posted:
Triggered when a message is posted or replied to on a work order.

Work Order requested:
Triggered when a work order is requested.

Work Order custom field value updated:
Triggered when a custom field value is updated on a work order.

Work Order declined:
Triggered when a work order is declined by a provider.

Work Order undeclined:
Triggered when a work order is undeclined by a provider.

Work Order schedule updated:
Triggered when a schedule is updated on a work order.

Work Order tag added:
Triggered when a tag is added to a work order.

Work Order tag removed:
Triggered when a tag is removed from a work order.

Status changes

Work Order status draft:
Triggered when a work order status changes to draft.

Work Order status routed:
Triggered when a work order status changes to routed.

Work Order status published:
Triggered when a work order status changes to published.

Work Order status confirmed:
Triggered when a work order status changes to confirmed.

Work Order status assigned:
Triggered when a work order status changes to assigned.

Work Order status assigned cancelled:
Triggered when a work order status changes to assigned cancelled.

Work Order status at risk:
Triggered when a work order status changes to at risk.

Work Order status delayed:
Triggered when a work order status changes to delayed.

Work Order status on my way:
Triggered when a work order status changes to on my way.

Work Order status checked in:
Triggered when a work order status changes to checked in.

Triggered when a work order status changes to checked out.

Work Order status work done:
Triggered when a work order status changes to work done.

Work Order status approved:
Triggered when a work order status changes to approved.

Triggered when a work order status changes to paid.

Work Order problem reported:
Triggered when a problem is reported/reopened on a work order.

Work Order problem resolved:
Triggered when a problem is resolved on a work order.
